Circle of Love Outreach Services, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Our mission is to help the “Inner-City low income populations reach their full potential.”  We are a faith base grassroots non-profit organization incorporated for the purpose of providing resourceful services to the Birmingham and surrounding communities.

Our purpose is to provide a non-profit mentoring program for low income female ex-offenders and other low income females recovering from substance and other abuses. 

Our goal is to redirect individuals by preparing them to become successful, productive citizens in their communities.  We expose individuals to basic computer, reading, math and social skills.  Adults are taught life skills, resume writing, interview and basic budget skills to instill career development based on their individual needs and learning styles.

Future goals will be implemented to tutor and provide enrichment programs for children.  Literacy programs for teens and young adults.

Circle of Love future endeavors are to provide services to…

• Assist the homeless with plans to obtain a facility to house, feed and clothe them.
• Assist Orphans and Children.
• Assist Single Parents.
• Assist the Abused and Abandoned.

Our website is sponsored by Circle of Love Outreach Services, Inc. and was birthed as a result of providing services to numerous individuals who are basically lost and without hope.  It is our desire to speak, write and promote material that will aide in the development of self-worth in every individual.  Everyone was wonderfully created and created with purpose.

There are many gifts and talents that are lying dormant because many do not know who they are.  You are somebody and you are loved with an everlasting love.  Once you realize who you are and whose you are—you can use your full potential to conquer anything.
